2024 University of Arizona Los Gatos Showdown Fundraiser
Hello from all of us at Wildcat Handball!
We are the University of Arizona's Collegiate Handball Team coached by Tusconan Handballers Belisa Camacho and Michael Morgan. We are excited to announce our inaugural fundraiser tournament: Los Gatos Showdown! This fundraiser is going to help us pay for our travel to Portland, OR for the USHA National Collegiate Championships in February!
Los Gatos Showdown is Wildcat Handball’s very first tournament back at the U of A. This tournament is meant to be an introduction between the Tucson handball community and the U of A's Handball Team as well as help us raise funds. We are extremely excited to be hosting this event at the handball courts on the U of A campus! Los Gatos Showdown will feature a Men’s Pro Doubles Exhibition as well as a Women’s Pro Singles Exhibition, hospitality for all players, a souvenir tournament shirt and some of the best competition in the country!
Our goal is to raise $4,500 by February in order to pay for all our travel expenses.
Your entry fee will guarantee you a tournament shirt, at least 2 games, a spot to watch a pro singles and doubles exhibition, lunch and snacks throughout the tournament, as well as medals up to 3rd place.
Wildcat Handball is looking for support from our local handball community through participation, donations and tournament/player sponsorships.
